Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar : Morning arrival
at Ahmedabad Railway station / Airport. Transfer to Hotel. After
freshening-up, local sightseeing and lunch: Gandhi Ashram, Sidi
Sayed Mosque, Hutheesing Temple, Adalaj Step Well, Handicraft
& handloom Bazaar (Law Garden), Evening go for a stroll at Akshardham
in Gandhinagar near your hotel. Stay overnight at Hotel. |
| Day - 2: |
Wankaner/Morbi/Bhuj : Early breakfast
and depart for Bhuj enroute Wankaner once an important town
of the Jhala Rajputs who came to Gujarat from Sindh in the 11th
century. A visit to Ranjit Vilas Palace one of the grandest
in Gujarat. After lunch leave for Morbi once one of the wealthiest
town in Saurashtra. famous for its clocks, tiles and ceramics.
Visit Wag Palace, Mani Mandir or Wellingdon Secretariat, the
Suspension Bridge and the Museum. Continue your tour to Bhuj.
Check in and dinner at Hotel. Stay overnight
at Bhuj. |
| Day - 3: |
Kalo Dungar/Bhuj : After breakfast transfer
to Kalo Dungar (Dhinodar-120 kms / 3.5 hrs), the Black Hills
of Kachchh. Set in the heart of the Rann this is the tallest
hillock in Kachchh with a shrine dedicated to Lord Dattatreya
on the top. After lunch return back to Bhuj. Pay a visit to
Gayathri Mandir and attend the religious discourse. Dinner and
stay overnight at Bhuj. |

Matano Madh/Narayan Sarovar/Koteshwar :
After early breakfast proceed 138 kms to Matano Madh a temple
dedicated to the deity of Jadejas, the erstwhile rulers of Kachchh.
Leave for Narayan Sarovar one of the five holy Hindu lakes of
India and Vishnu Temple. At a short distance from Narayan Sarovar,
Koteshwar is a shore temple facing the sea. The village derives
its name from a Shiva temple Kotilingeshwar, housing a self-born
ling. Leave back for Bhuj and stay overnight. |

5: |
Anjar/Bhadreshwar/Mandvi :
Today you will be transferred by road to Anjar (46 kms / 1 hr)
a charming town also a centre for many fairs. popularly known
for the shrine of Jesal and Toral, the folk-lore duo wherein
the tough outlaw Jesal was chastised by Toral, a Kachchhi woman.
Visit Bhadreshwar an ancient Shiva temple with some beautiful
sculptures chiselled on the outer walls, visit to Bhaotar Jinalaya
Temple . Proceed to Mandvi and pay a visit to Kera Shiva Temple.
Check in to your resort the famous Vijay Vilas Palace in-time
to view the spectacular sunset in the desert. Dinner and stay
overnight. |

6: |
Bhuj - Ahmedabad :
After early breakfast leave for Bhuj. Half day local sightseeing
/ shopping at Bhuj. Early lunch and depart for a long drive
back Ahmedabad. Arrival at Ahmedabad and late check in at Managaldas
Villa. Stay overnight. |
